The Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS):
22% of women and 6.1% of men have experienced sexual violence since the age of 15
1 in 6 women and 1 in 18 men have experienced physical or sexual violence by a cohabitating partner

Sexual assault recorded by police increased by 3% from 2021 to 32,146 victims.
Accounting for population growth, the victimisation rate also increased between 2021 and 2022 from 121 to 124 victims per 100,000 persons.
For victims of sexual assault:
most (84%) were female (26,967 victims)

Plus we need to consider where do such things happen? In prisons trans are obviously more raped than males
🇬🇧2020: 76 of the 129 trans prisoners got abuse, with 36 rapes
