Politicians prefer to do a lot of blabla (remember that this is a PAID BLABLABLA!) by doing at the end almost nothing. We need to remember that policians (or many of them) are not specialised in various topics! means they are not scientists, biologists, etc. and this is why they should listen to such people, but even to all other population.
One thing is important to say: changes still require time, but we should not use that as excuse for doing nothing.
About sex education at school we cannot say anything, since we live in Switzerland, we had maybe 30 min - 1h of sex education, but if we remember correctly sex abuse was not a topic at all! Like the missing nutrition education and other types of education (for example what we need to do in case of natural / catastrophic disasters, etc.). Nothing has been told about law too ... (at least most important things need to be said to students).
Since we are already talking about education, even the difference between gender and biological gender should be explained, since people do a lot of chaos.
About "a person need to die, to make a change": yes, this happens exactly in america with drugs, that are not regulated like in Swiss (and probably in Italy too...), but even with other topics.
