We still need to keep in mind that a rape maybe is not causing the dead of such person immediately, but increase the risk of suicide! This mean that who raped the girl is indirectly responsable for the dead of such girl! = indirect homicide, so such people should be treated between an homicide and a non homicide, not like someone who steal 5 mio dollars ... or similar.
