From chapter 4.17.1 .1
A person may only be considered a spy when,
(1) acting clandestinely or under false pretenses,
(2) in the zone of operations of a belligerent,
(3) he or she obtains, or endeavors to obtain, information,
(4) with the intention of communicating it to the hostile party.
"Zone of operations" includes areas supporting the war effort.
Example: Online, Fake News > Propaganda and Lies
All 4 denoscriptions/actions must fit, particularly the last one.
Seems this chapter may refer to some news media 🤡 types as spies but A LOT of cabal members, as well. 🤔

Spies and saboteurs lose combatant status.
In other words, they become unprivilaged belligerents (aka unlawful combatants). They can be guilty of "war treason".
War treason is considered:
"...hostile acts committed inside the area [America] controlled by the belligerent [military] against whom the acts are directed by persons who do not possess the status of combatants [spies/saboteurs]."
Unprivilaged belligerents can be tried, which can include the death penalty.
In other words, if the deep state players are now considered spies or saboteurs, they are not afforded POW status because they are now considered spies and no longer lawful combatants.
