A 40ft shipping container is called a D5. Club K missile systems can deploy secretly from D5s. D5/CKs are deep state threat/insurance weapons.🚀
Page 405 (D5) is part of the Cluster Munitions chapter.
Countries that are party to the Convention on Cluster Munitions are violating the convention due to manufacture, housing, and transportation of said weapons.
The deep state players are also projecting their violations on Russia by condemning them for using cluster bombs in Ukraine. However, the United States, Russia, and Ukraine are NOT signatories to the Convention of Cluster Munitions.
The United States has expressed that cluster munitions can inflict less incidental harm, thus making it preferred for targeting military objectives.

Today is June 14, Law of War 6.14 "Incindiary Weapons"
"For example, the use of incendiary weapons might be the means of attacking enemy biological weapons facilities that poses the least risk of incidental harm to the civilian population."
Russia found "enemy biological weapons facilities" in Ukraine. Looks like we now know the way to destroy them without putting civilians at risk.
