"Irregular Warfare (IW)"

Pre-change. Many DoD documents were changed once Trump got into office. This one was issued during Obama's presidency but changed on May 12, 2017

It was set to expire August 28, 2024 (interesting date) if not reissued or cancelled, then removed from the DoD webpage. This change seems to have made it permanent. 🤔
