The Occupying Power (fraudulent government) may not create new taxes.*
*unless required to do so by considerations of public order and safety. (Nancy Pelosi starting a war with China, Climate Emergency Declaration, Covid reemergence...)
They may use tax revenue for infrastructure, aka "green energy scams".
They can only get contributions from a written order of a Commander-in-chief, highest ranking military official. They may not use it to enrich themselves.

DoD Instructions for retirement were changed on 08-01-2022, made permanent.
MEJA allows for prosecution if crimes were committed on foreign territory.
UCMJ can prosecute POWs (DoD captured/controlled) and
"in time of declared war or contingency operations, persons serving with or accompanying an armed force in the field and individuals belonging to one of the eight categories enumerated in Article 4 of the GPW who violate the law of war."

Department of Defense is using [D]irectives to send comms to Anons and operators. "Established comms" NO private > public release. P_pers public (not private) > public release directives. Washington Headquarters Services > WHS
Per Q, CIA used kids' "break the code" website game to send comms to rogue operators. In a twist, DoD secretly (but publicly) is doing the same with [D]irectives. Effective dates and changes are telling a tale.
