Many changes happened to [D]irectives in 2017 after Trump took office. This was to solidify the military's plan to save America. Since then, they are altering, shifting, and making permanent all the positions, rules laws, and changes necessary to take down the deep state.
The cabal thought they controlled the military (Occupying Force) but NOT under Military Occupation (DoD Law of War, chapter 11). This limits the Occupying Power's (fraudulent government's) authority and separated control mechanisms (nuclear weapons halted, inability to create new taxes, no new state, etc.)
