If you click on the ships all around Null Island (0 latitude, 0 longitude), they have no names or call signs. This is unusual, since Ivory Coast is right next door and it works. There have also been many "unspecified ships" in the area (grey marker).
It appears to be a sort of "dead zone". It could be that this is a stop along the child trafficking route to "shuffle" boats, cargo, and avoid detection.
