During Military Occupation, the Occupying Power (fraudulent government) is permitted censorship to further their war effort.
This is strictly a Law of War permission and does not address implications to the First Amendment.
The trap is thus:
--allowed in war, due to the fact of Occupation, but unconstitutional domestically
--domestic law would be used on violations rather than international law
--usage of this power has a negative impact on the citizenry of the fraudulent government, citizens could side with the opposition (Trump, military).

This is why Trump was not in Florida at the time of the raid. Also, the empty safe was a signal to the deep state and FBI that they knew. Nobody keeps a safe empty like that just because.

The fraudulent government is in power. Trump is not president right now. Current "president" is not Commander-in-chief, therefore cannot launch nuclear weapons.
The deep state doesn't want people knowing this. They want us believing Trump is holding something illegal, which he is not. They're either lying OR they truly do not know what I just said.
That would mean they ARE aware that Biden does NOT have nuclear codes and actually believe Trump has the codes, which is what the FBI may have been searching for. 😂
