Theory, based on the evidence...
DoD Directive 3150.08 allows the DoD access to the FBI in a nuclear weapon incident. The narrative was building last week, which is why Trump wanted the warrant unsealed immediately. The delay was no accident.
Following the unsealing, Trump and Kash both referenced nuclear documents, with Trump saying Obama is in possession.

Following this, the DoD released Instruction 5400.17 on Social Media (DoD will maintain trust in public affairs, be factual, unbiased, countermove to Twitter censorship announced the day before) and a change to Directive-Type Memorandum DTM-20-002 on Missile Defense Systems. The change on the same day as all the nuclear comms is no coincidence.
If the FBI acted on Trump with nuclear documents, DoD would take control. Either way, this is also setting up a future scenario whereas Obama is found to be in possession of nuclear documents, per Trump's Truth, sparking a DoD take over of FBI investigations.

Taiwan was "hacked" just before her visit. Kari Lake said she would decertify. When she was called the winner, Dominion fail, FBI got a judge to approve the Mar-a-Lago warrant.
