Why did it take Anons over 3 years to discover the Law of War connections to Q drops?
Because it was only made public on July 2, 2020.
It is fair to believe that at least one of the people on the DoD Law of War Working Group, which wrote the Law of War, was Q. This is because they would have had working knowledge of chapters before release.
