Per Law of War chapter 11.7.2 "Censorship and Other Regulation of the Media" the Occupying Power (fraudulent government) is allowed censorship and regulation of media.

The United States is Party to the ENMOD Convention (Environmental Modification Convention)
Using weather for destruction is prohibited against *another* Party to the Convention. If Hurricane Ian was created and directed via weather manipulation techniques, it would be either:
--Allowed, because US (deep state) targeted itself, NOT *another* Party
--Allowed, because States NOT Party to the Convention can attack those who are Party
--Prohibited, thus the military acted to defend or stop the threat (redirect?)
