August 2021, Powerball starts Monday drawings. Reason being to grow the jackpot much faster, since high jackpots are when people buy more tickets.
February 2022, MUSL (Multi-State Lottery Association) in charge of Powerball, hired vendors to do a "Penetration Test" or "PEN TEST" to find vulnerabilities in their systems, computers, servers, all sorts of areas.
Powerball's largest jackpot ever was stolen on a Monday drawing, delayed.
