Internal information collections in the DoD are now strictly limited to surveys ONLY until this manual expires a year after the change (December 5th, 2023.)
Couple that with Ezra Cohen's retweet on banning former officials from contacting other countries. Sounds like the DoD is making it harder for spies to get info and communicate. 🤔

The US is making various countries surrender their older equipment that probably is of no use or very little use in modern warfare so they can replace them and put more money into the research of newer systems. It is all about filling the coffers of Raytheon and the likes. Was it Slovenia giving Ukraine their SU-29's the other day ?? Both sides are using these active hostilities to further improve their skills and equipment. Russia will end up de-militarising the whole of Europe at this stage !
