Big one here. From what I can gather...
War Crimes have no jurisdiction. They are considered "universal".
War Crimes, such as Crimes Against Humanity, cannot be charged for offenses that occurred before conflict began.
"...the United States could not institute a military tribunal within its own jurisdiction to pass upon violations of the laws and customs of war, unless such violations were committed upon American persons or American property..."
War Crimes/Crimes Against Humanity [masking children, vaccines, Covid biological weapon, China election interference, etc] on American property or people allows for military tribunals.
To charge Crimes Against Humanity before conflict began, it must have been executed within jurisdiction of the tribunal, aka American property or people.

Arizona Audit, Wuhan Lab, NWO...drip, drip, flood. Evidence must be shown. It must be *satisfactorily proven* that there was interference, a biological attack, etc and that these were *in fact* War Crimes/Crimes Against Humanity *on America* before the military can act.
