UCMJ is military only, but MEJA implementation (LoW same chapter) is an alternative to try crimes by people "accompanying the military" at the time of the crime, aka VP Pence. 🤔🤔🤔

So General Milley continues to appear to be a white hat. His comments at General Saltzman's ceremony as new CSO of Space Force was the big clue. He's playing a role, continuing the war in Ukraine in tandem with Putin so Trump can end it when he returns, while protecting us from full fledged war.
