Page 404 is Cluster Munitions in the Law of War. Very informative, but most commoners think cluster bombs are a type of sub A-Bomb because the media doesn't tell the whole truth.

D5/CK containers (with rockets) are Cluster Munitions, too. Possible connect to US sending Cluster Munitions to Ukraine.
Less incidental harm, per the subchapter. I posted this a while ago but reread. They are supposed to be disabled if not exploded so civilians get protected. After 2018, only Cluster Munitions with less than 1% unexploded are used. Less lethal. Media lies.
