Pence and Barr are officially deep state, not white hats.

Per the Law of War, the Occupying Power has to take all means to ascertain power. And Trump said he tried every legal avenue.

Trump's "Foreign Interference in an Election" Executive Orders gave Congress, including Pence, official evidence of fraud. This will be revealed in time, I believe. So Pence can't be a "good guy" here. He had to know per the EO info, and therefore refused to do the right thing. A good guy doing the wrong thing for the right reasons would not apply. It requires foreknowledge. He's totally deep state.

White hat infiltration would not be the fraudulent government ascertaining power, therefore I'm now convinced those two are Black hats.

Trump allies can't start a war in farce. Must be "mental intent" so Pence and Barr are 100% in my mind now "Black Hats."

Once a war starts, it basically removes a statute of limitations if the crimes affected American people or property AND created conditions for the war, which actually goes back decades if not hundreds of years.
