Daylight Savings Time was moved by George W. Bush in 2005 to 3 weeks earlier than previous DST changes to be right before Election Day. This was effective in 2007, a trial run right before Obama's election.
This change, used with other fraud such as Powerball, helps the Deep State RIG elections because voting machines and other computers are deliberately compromised during this time without automatic time updates.
Regional DST eliminations, such as Arizona, play a role as well, causing confusion and chaos. California & Arizona are neighbors yet in different "time zones" geographically.
If a machine isn't "updated" via an internet connection or manually, then the time is an hour ahead and not activated on time, per Houston elections in 2022 when people were unable to vote at 7:00 AM
Therefore, machines are voting "active" until 8:00 PM for "extra votes."
