Red lines are lines that enemies cross and certain actions occur as a result/counter.
So for Biden to be removed via the 25th amendment and trigger RED1, the Democrats/deep state would have to remove him, right? The enemy is the deep state.
When would they do that? They have power until next year when new Congress gets sworn in. Thinking after the midterms. Waiting to see just how bad they lose the elections (or how unrigged they become) before pulling the trigger on Joe.
Additionally, it's likely they do it before midterms, "October surprise". New "president" helps Joe's bad numbers. Mad at him so remove Joe, remove bad Dem feelings.
But they won't do it with his mental health. How do you increase poll numbers? Who has never had Covid yet? Matches a bit with drop 4836. Joe gets Covid, real sick, spark 25th amendment removal [health], 100% vote in Congress, America is "healed".

16.5.1
Necessity of war is required to attack civilian infrastructure. Civilian targets MUST be considered a military objective.

Proportionality must be used to avoid excess damage.
Furthermore, chapter 5.5 is referenced in the footnote. "Prohibition on Attacks...to Cause Excessive Incidental Harm". Assuming the ISIS attack was deep state, they violated the Law of War in killing many women & children.

Brief internet & communication disruption is NOT regarded as a use of force. This means the CME FF communication blackout will violate indiscriminate harm protections and constitute an attack of force, allowing the military to respond with force against the deep state. Attacks must be directed and considered objrctives.

Civilians can be used by the military for their expertise. Many high profile names, and likely some not named, are helping with Dominion election fraud.
