Vladimir Putin stressed the need for "legally-binding" security guarantees, and added that the US and NATO are enhancing their own needs in disregard for others.
Trying to deter Russia is a "direct threat" to our security, but ready for dialogue and continued negotiations.
Putin continued that Russia intends to uphold energy commitments across the continent for years to come, and announced mutual interest with Berlin to co-operate across multiple fields.
