Why didn't POTUS fire [Rendulic Rule, he had info]
[Rendulic Rule] Debrief complete (subsequent info)
sealed indictments installed (missiles) prior to [Rendulic Rule, subsequent info] loss of >> power (inability to act per RR due to new info)
Delay by design post order to DECLAS [Rendulic Rule, DECLAS timed to allow or prevent actions]
He thought that was part of the plan (good faith, info available at the time)
Hence why [Rendulic Rule] drafted the recommendation letter to fire.
Strategically, I'm seeing where war crimes could be the trap via RR if there was info that violations were committed with knowledge available.
Furthermore, information acquired post-actions prevents war crimes, prevents other actions, or allows for actions with specific timing, hence DECLAS delays.
