NONE of us know exactly what is going on with Pam Bondi.

Would Trump have us go through that 4 year pause and then not bring in the best of the best to run the DOJ?

Would he waste valuable time by bringing in a snake to run the DOJ to expose them?

But, what if he needed to stall DECLAS for a period of time, so rather than put in your guy right away, you put someone in to take all the slings and arrows.

Then, when the time is right, BQQM!

I’m not saying I’m right.

This is what Q taught us to do … to expand our thinking and to understand how an information war works, and how Trump has consistently been able to outmaneuver his attackers.

This thing with Pam, Dan, and Kash seems entirely staged with a dramatic flair to get everyone talking about it all weekend, and that seems like one big distraction to me.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) refers to a pattern of criminal activity conducted through an enterprise, which includes corporations, partnerships, or even a (group of individuals acting together).

To be considered a pattern, the case must involve at least 2 related crimes committed within a 10 year period, which can include an array of crimes, both federal and state, including bribery, extortion, fraud, money laundering, murder, and kidnapping. 

RICO allows prosecutors to charge individuals involved in an enterprise's criminal activities, (even if they didn't directly commit the underlying crimes).

Consequences of RICO charges carry significant penalties, including: 

Lengthy prison sentences of up to 20 years or more depending on the underlying crimes.

Heavy fines up to $250,000 or double the proceeds from the criminal activity, as well as having assets seized.

RICO is a powerful tool for dismantling criminal organizations by holding both individuals and the enterprise itself accountable for their illegal activities. 

Therefore, you can’t just publicly go out and arrest this person or that person before the case is ready to go.

We can’t even fathom the size and complexity of these cases and what is about to go down.

I hope this helps some people understand a little bit better why we haven’t seen these big arrests yet.
