Project Looking Glass apparently used time lensing technology to be able to look into the past and future.

A practitioner would need to develop a remote viewing skill developed by mental discipline which would enable them to observe events or locations in any space or time, even in alternative timelines, with the assistance of a trigger and what is called a conductor.

The trigger and the conductor would be the time lensing technology needed, which was created by Dr. Nikola Tesla.

On January 9, 1943, two days after Nikola Tesla died, the FBI called President Trump’s uncle, Dr. John Trump, to determine if any of the belongings in Nikola Tesla’s estate would be dangerous if they fell into enemy hands.

John Trump spent significant time going through all of Nikola Tesla’s papers and research to learn what the nature was of this device that the FBI referred to as a secret weapon.
