NO ONE who has acted as an enemy combatant against the United States is safe from facing a military tribunal.

All of the events that led to President Trump asking for General Flynn’s resignation (which was spearheaded by Mike Pence) was a direct attack on Trump’s Presidency.

Flynn was simply in the way. He knew too much, and when the truth came out, Trump regretted his decision.
