We predict a Civil War between the Taliban, the Afghan nationalists, and ISIS/al Qaeda, the Muslim internationalists, who were proxy warriors for the US in Syria and Iraq. The euphoria over kicking the Americans out will dissipate quickly. If ISIS wins, Afghanistan can become the base for relaunching the Chechen conflict and others.
