- It inserts sexual orientation and gender identity into federal law, without carefully defining them.

- It saddles future generations with billions of dollars of debt, according to the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office.

The preliminary Assange extradition appeal hearing begins tomorrow at 10:30 am UK time, (5:30am East coast).

It will not be broadcast. However, there will be a small amount of the public allowed in this time, and several reporters, including Amnesty International. This is in stark contrast to the original hearing, in which human rights organizations were banned from observing.
