US, a case from just a few years ago (un-coincidentally led by Fitzgerald, lead defense for Assange) in which the UK courts ruled against the extradition of a British citizen who had been charged in a hacking conspiracy, based on the notion that his Aspergers would prevent him from properly being able to function within the US system.

This is the caveat now shaping the US DOJ's upcoming attack on the extradition denial for Assange, and one they bitterly fought for, and again misled the courts over.


They are seeking to dismiss the expert testimony of neuropsychiatrist Dr. Kopleman, whom the DOJ has actually relied on in the past (a fact sure to be mentioned by the defense at the full hearing in October). They are seeking this based only on the fact that the good doctor did not reveal Stella's identity or Assange's children's identity in his report to the court (the omission being born out of safety concerns during the illegal spying operation the US was conducting at the time through UC Global, at the embassy where Julian was trapped for years.

Threatening people with job loss or denying access to goods and services for not taking an experimental mRNA vaccine is by definition a violation of the Nuremberg Code.

The Nuremberg Code was established to prevent our society from repeating the atrocities committed by the Nazi doctors and scientists involved in human experimentation and genocide.

According to the Nuremberg Code, medical experiments require voluntary consent "without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.”

The mRNA gene therapy vaccines under 'emergency use authorization' with zero long term studies are by definition "experimental".

Why are Hawaii's politicians, scientists, and doctors repeating the actions of Nazi Germany 90-years ago in violation of the Nuremberg Code❓
