The womb has a separate immune system from the rest of the body & the immune system of the womb is suppressed by the semen in order to keep the woman’s body from rejecting the baby as foreign DNA - Similar to how organ transplant patients must suppress their immune systems to prevent their bodies from rejecting the foreign DNA of their transplanted organ. The womb is the only body part designed to be strong enough to handle semen suppressing the immune system which is why women are able to get pregnant & give birth without her body rejecting the baby which is 50% foreign DNA.

The rectum on the other hand is very thin & is in direct contact with e bloodstream. When semen goes into the rectum it absorbs directly into the bloodstream, unlike when semen goes into the vagina & is kept safely contained within the uterus.
