Since you already know how development of this device is going on, we are using pre-built kernel & pre-built vendor which is equal to GSIs. We also have major issues like Fingerprint & booting Realme's source compiled kernel which are important in development of device.
Things are not really improving since we purchased the device, that's why we are in contact with a developer ( Darshan ), he is currently working on kernel too. So far the compiled kernel goes till boot animation & bootloops. Kernel rebasing and clean importing is in progress. Another news on kernel is with OSS realme kernel, twrp booted. But no progress since no device in developer's hand.
Also there is another lineager who is also interested in our device, he has fix for crucial stuff and trust me he surely does magic on our device (you will know soon) , only thing is we need to donate as much as we can.
There is no wrong in donating device, you may have seen other communities which is facing the issues and whenever such things happen, users willingly come forward and contibute to the development by donating for the device(s), which are very much needed for the developers to make things more and more easier by fixing the issues so that the development can move further for the benefit of the users.
Don't you want your device to be great in development? you surely do right. Everyone were asking why no fingerprint is fixed & why there is no kernel & stable builds. All I can say is now or never.
So donations is the only thing that matters now, our device just needs a kick start which can only be done by these two devs. Right now we really don't have any target. But as per the poll we see 80+ people are willing to donate. Ik it grows. Try to donate as much as possible. Our calculation was with 100 donators, Rs.250 each, we could get device to both. No pressure on minimum or maximum amount u donate. We just thought to share the calculation we made prior making this post.
No Developers = No Builds = No Development = DEAD DEVICE, so deal with it.
No dev can give his 100% without a device, so if we all can contribute small amount we could atleast get them used devices.

5. Enabled Doze (only when new notications arrive)
6. Fixed USB error when connected to pc/laptop as File Transfer
7. Included OnePlus Camera, Gallery & google apps with latest version
8. Fixed Google FaceUnlock (Native OP FaceUnlock shouldn't be enabled)
Prerequisites:
1. sGSI System Image
2. Flashable Patched Recovery & Boot ZIP
Process of flashing:
1. First take backup of Internal Storage then format Data in twrp.
2. Extract the downloaded oxygenOS_OP6T_sGSI_RMX1851.7z, flash it to System_Image.
3. Flash rec_boot.zip
4. REBOOT TO RECOVERY
Known Issues:
1. Fingerprint is broken
2. Device won't reboot or power off through system. You need to do it manually, how? Hold all the three buttons, when device vibrates leave all buttons except volume down. This takes you to fastboot.
3. Although SdCard access is fixed but looks like there are few other issues with SdCard. So ppl flashing this sGSI with sdcard & getting it corrupted is not my responsibility.

First of all huge thanks to all donators who made it success & supported developers. As you people know we have started donations for getting devices for two developers, finally we have reached the target with your love.
At last moment while we are about to look out for devices, there was a twist where we had to choose different developers. Discussed this with the donators & have come to a conclusion. Got two devices for both of them.
