Our DHHS grants victory is not over, and may be at risk. The $27 million in DHHS contracts is still on the table with the Fiscal Committee, and they can bring it off the table at any time. If Fiscal were to pass the measure, the Executive Council could easily take up the contracts again (the governor can put the grants on the agenda again and again).

Fiscal Committee meets THIS WEEK and could possibly take these items off the table. Given that the upcoming Fiscal Committee meeting does not allow for any public input, the best way to fight this battle is to flood Fiscal Committee members' phones and email boxes like we've done in the past.

NH DHHS is withdrawing the $27 mil in grants. So the contract language that ceded authority to the federal government is no longer an issue in terms of our call to action last night; however, the state is still pursuing funding of vaccine propaganda using other means. We will remain on watch, should the grant language that threatens NH sovereignty come into play again.

Also be advised, we are expecting Commissioner Shibinette to attempt to bring the full contracts back to the table over and over again, using whatever means she can think up. We have to remain constantly vigilant to stop these contracts. We do not need the State using propaganda to convince people to take vaccines they don't want, and we definitely don't want to cede authority to the federal government.
