⭐⭐⭐ ACTION ALERT ⭐⭐⭐
If you didn't see our notice yesterday about the Conway nomination to the NH Superior Court, see below:
Can We Stop A Dangerous Nomination?
Governor Appoints Constitutionally Questionable Nominee to Superior Court
He's at it again! Gov. Sununu nominated constitutionally naive Rockingham County Attorney Patricia G. Conway to the state's Superior Court, the court directly below the N.H. Supreme Court.
Importantly, in a hearing concerning her nomination on April 7, Conway said she supported the governor's State of Emergency as well as his emergency order actions he's taken since last March. She was not aware of the Binford Superior Court case from last March that found that the governor could "suspend the Constitution" during a State of Emergency, and she failed to stand up for the supremacy of the Constitution when asked.
The decision on her nomination will be made by the Executive Council on or before Wednesday, April 21 (this Wednesday), and your calls to Executive Councilors Joseph Kenney, David Wheeler, and Cinde Warmington would be helpful in preventing her nomination.
Contact today if possible:
Councilor Joe Kenney (603-447-9263), 603-581-8780, Joseph.Kenney@nh.gov
Councilor Dave Wheeler (603-673-3604), David.K.Wheeler@nh.gov
Councilor Cinde Warmington (603-225-7262), Cinde.Warmington@nh.gov

First setback for @GovChrisSununu with 4-1 GOP Executive Council. @DaveWheelerNH and @CindeWarmington were looking like sure, "no" votes against Patricia Conway, Councilor Joe Kenney had some concerns. #nhpolitics
New nominations are out. Another appointment who is a constitutional threat. We have work to do, people! 💪
"Daniel Will, New Hampshire’s first solicitor, is credited with writing the Binford Objection, which denied that Daniel Binford had his constitutional rights violated by the Governor’s use of Emergency Powers.
...The result of this was that a Superior Court Judge (basically) said that the Constitution could not stop a chief executive (in New Hampshire) from doing whatever they deem necessary in the context of a state of emergency."

We must prevent Dan Will from taking residence on the N.H. Superior Court bench for 20 years.
Please call and email all five of the executive councilors, with an emphasis on the first three listed below, and tell them we need our judges defending the constitution, not undermining it. Capitalism Works: Let's Try TheMaskMap.com To ID Freedom Friendly Businesses
You’ve all been asking for a directory of mask-free businesses and we hesitated; we didn’t want to tell the Karens where our friends do business so they could ruin that, too. With the statewide mask mandate lifted, we think it may be time to give this a go, and we think it could work if you all participate.
TheMaskMap.com is a third-party tool that allows users to anonymously indicate whether they were able to patronize a local business mask free or whether the business gave them a hard time. Sort of like a health-freedom Yelp!, TheMaskMap.com uses crowd-sourced information that helps users understand the type of experience they’re going to get when they go to a business to save them time and hassle ahead of time.
User notes within the online application can detail exactly what conditions were like inside the business, which will in turn help the next person who considers going there. We’ve tested the tool and believe if it gets enough traction, it could become very useful. In fact, it may just change the landscape if we can show enough people prefer shopping mask free. Please let us know what you think.
As people who have ourselves shopped mask free throughout this whole episode, we encourage you to continue offering kindness to masked-up people who are rude to you, as we think this will also help lead to more freedom in the long run. Nevertheless, it doesn’t hurt to report both good and bad experiences in a central location to help your neighbor know where to go to live in freedom. Hopefully, businesses that promote normal human interactions will be the winners in this experience and capitalism will reward those businesses who treat their customers with good service and dignity.

SNHU has joined the ranks of universities trying to coerce the experimental "vaccine" on the population <https://www.snhu.edu/about-us/covid-19>, and here are a few ideas on how to fight back:
1) Hire an attorney. IMPORTANT: It is illegal to require a non-FDA approved "vaccine," and so the school is breaking the law by doing this. Even if you just get an attorney to send a letter to the school, it may cause them to back off.
a) You may try to contact the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) at whistleblower@icandecide.org or info@icandecide.org or call 512-522-8739 for help from their attorneys who are working on this type of issue.
b) Locally, attorney Robert Fojo rfojo@fojolaw.com has been working on similar cases.
c) Thomas McLeod, chairman of the Liberty Defense Fund of NH (LDFNH), chair@ldfnh.org, may have additional ideas.
2) It would appear that there is a religious exemption to the requirement. Ask any attending students to write a letter indicating they have "a religious exemption." No further detail is needed. I can tell you that vaccination in its present form is against my own Christian religion, and I have letters prepared that I could write to people who attend my church, but if your student is not religious, you should note that religion is broadly defined as "a cause, principle, or system of beliefs held to with ardor and faith," according to Merriam-Webster. Anyone who objects to vaccination on the grounds that it is dangerous and/or unproven can be said to be involved in a cause or principles held with ardor.
Please let us know if you have any other thoughts. Hopefully this helps.
