No COVID vaxx requirements for kids via DHHS rules

Please email the committee in support of HB 1379. This bill would remove the ability for DHHS to add vaccines to the school schedule. That means that DHHS could not add a COVID vaxx requirement for your children just through their rulemaking power. Future changes to the vaxx schedule would have to be done by the People's representatives via the legislature.

HB1466, co-sponsored by @ReopenNH executive director Melissa Blasek, was just exec'd by the HHS committee – Ought to Pass (OTP) was UNANIMOUS! It is going on the consent calendar. Well done, people! The full N.H. House of Representatives will vote this week on a few RebuildNH bills, one of which could use a little love from our activist team to push it across the finished line.

In particular, please contact your state representatives about HB 1604 (including state medical facilities in the statute providing medical freedom in immunizations), and ask your reps to support the committee recommendation. This bill repeals the exemption of government nursing homes, hospitals and medical facilities from the statute pertaining to medical freedom in immunizations and would protect workers of these organizations against medical discrimination.
