GOOD NEWS! HB275, the bill that would clarify that a Constitutional Republic is the natural condition of government and that both the House and Senate ought to have to vote to continue a State of Emergency, has finally been scheduled for a hearing in the Senate. Here are the details:
🗓 SENATE HEARING
9AM on Wednesday, April 6, 2022
State House, Room 103

SAMPLE MESSAGE:
I support HB275, and I ask you to do so as well. The COVID era demonstrated the need to reform our state of emergency statute to clarify that a Constitutional Republic is the natural state of affairs in New Hampshire. The language of the current statute upholds a paradigm that State of Emergency is the natural condition of government and requires both the House and Senate to vote to end it. Instead, the legislature should be required to vote to retain an expiring State of Emergency – if a true emergency exists, the representatives of the People should be the ones to make that determination.

‼️Wednesday, APRIL 6, 2022 – It's STATEHOUSE DAY‼️
This Wednesday is a big day in the Senate for @ReopenNH priority bills – MANY of our bills have hearings on the same day. If you can, please attend in person. This is the day to take off from work to support state of emergency reform and health freedom legislation.
⭐️ HB 275, state of emergency reform
9AM, Senate Executive Departments and Administration
This is a must pass bill to ensure the unwieldily state of emergency we endured during the Covid pandemic can never happen again.
⭐️ Next, head over to Senate Health and Human Services to support a slew of health freedom bills including hospital visitations, off label prenoscription rights, prohibiting schools from mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, prohibiting government from mandates vaccines, and making the vaccine registry an opt-in program.
This is the day to have your voices heard and your faces seen. Likely, there will not be another day this year with so many top priority bills.

✴️‼️ALERT! ONE OF OUR SOE BILLS IS IN JEOPARDY!
We didn't realize that the Senate committees are exec'ing bills.... until we noticed that HB1425, one of our two State of Emergency bills (this one is relative to compensation for takings of private property during SOE), was voted 5-0 ITL (inexpedient to legislate) on CONSENT. Which means that unless a senator pulls it off for a vote, it will be killed by a single vote with a package of things (those on the consent calendar).
And to top it all off, Senate Judiciary started their executive session yesterday at 4:40... conducting business with their MICROPHONES TURNED OFF.
✉️ EMAIL the full Senate and ask them to pull HB 1425 OFF CONSENT and PASS THE BILL.

More on HB1425... CALL the Senate
HB1425, which the Senate Judiciary committee has recommended be KILLED, would modify the power of the governor and council to take private property during states of emergency and modifies the calculation of compensation paid for such takings.
Why is this important?
• This bill seeks to allow for fairer compensation when real property is taken by eminent domain during an emergency. While we generally view such takings as abhorrent, to the extent they occur, it should be rare and individuals should be fairly compensated for both the property as well as loss of use and other indirect costs associated with the seizure.
• This bill gives the owner the right of first refusal to purchase the property back in the event that the property should be put up for sale, helping to reduce the risk of takings during an emergency being used to circumvent the protections in the New Hampshire Constitution Part 1, [Art.] 12-a. "[Power to Take Property Limited.] No part of a person's property shall be taken by eminent domain and transferred, directly or indirectly, to another person if the taking is for the purpose of private development
👉 We need you to make calls calls today!
Call the Governor's office and the Senate and tell them to save HB 1425 by removing it from the consent calendar and passing it. Also remind them that we are watching them and expect that the Senate and the Governor will honor their deal regarding HB 275.

There must be accountability
The latest from Rep. Melissa Blasek, @ReopenNH executive director:
"Democrats championed the failed policies that got us here, employing psychological abuse to force us into compliance. They and their media minions called us “selfish” for wanting to provide for ourselves and educate our children. They bullied us with accusations of “killing grandma” when we sought irreplaceable human contact. They told us to sacrifice for the “common good,” yet again, and subject ourselves to experimental medication just to get back to work. Republicans have stood by and let them do this for far too long, but the time has come to say “Enough!” There must be a day of reckoning. Those who promoted these measures must be held accountable. Our future depends on it."

Horowitz: NH Senate passes bill that could empower hospitals to arrest family members who argue with doctors
One of the most appalling humanitarian emergencies in the country today is the state of care in American hospitals. We have witnessed a shocking disregard for patient care, ignoring of science and basic medical norms, forcible use of toxic drugs like remdesivir…

There is a Senate committee hearing on HB1455 and HB1210, both are on employer vaccine mandates. ESPECIALLY if you have faced or are still facing an employer vaccine mandate, we need you to show up on Wednesday at 9am and 9:30am or email the committee in support.

I write to you today to urge you to SUPPORT both HB1455 and HB1210. The People are in desperate need of protection from both the federal government, which is still forcing vaccine compliance on federal contractors and the military, and private actors whose choices are being prioritized over the rights and bodily autonomy of NH citizens. The policies of corporations should not supersede the rights of individuals, and it is the DUTY of government to protect the rights of its citizens.

TAKE ACTION: Oppose warrantless arrest for those who disagree with their doctors
SB 459, which was passed by the NH Senate and recently recommended "ought to pass" (OTP) by the House HHS committee thanks to Rep. Mark Pearson voting with the Democrat minority, purports to be about "workplace safety," but instead would just reinforce an atmosphere of no tolerance for dissent in NH hospitals. The opinions of medical professionals are not infallible, but this would enshrine them in law as such – allowing citizens to be arrested without a warrant if a health professional feels "threatened" or if someone seeks to interfere with their recommended health care treatment.
✉️ Email your representatives and ask them to oppose SB 459 at this week's session. Take action here:

‼️ALERT! These @ReopenNH masking bills are in JEOPARDY in the Senate!
HB 1268 would prevent a town or city from ever implementing a mask ordinance again. It would also prohibit any other nonsensical Covid regulation at the town level. Tell Senator Gray that we don't accept local tyranny. SUPPORT.
HB 1272 enacts much needed restrictions on town health officers. Remind Senator Gray that there must be limits on authority.
HB 1131 prohibits public schools from creating policies that force students or members of the public to wear masks. We believe parents should always be able to opt-out of mask mandates for their own children and the law ought to reflect that. Let Senator Bradley know you want this bill passed unamended.
Please target your outreach in support of these three bills toward Sen. Jeb Bradley and Sen. Chuck Morse, the Senate leaders, and Sen. James Gray

I urge you today to support HB1268, HB1272, and HB1131. As you may have heard in testimony at the bill hearing, masks are absolutely ineffective for contagion control. As they are not effective tools, they should be banned from forced use by any government entity. These medical devices, which media propaganda told us are inert interventions, have done untold damage to both children and adults. They have negatively affected our populace's physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, and this is an intervention that should be forever removed from the "toolbox" of local school and municipality officials.

⭐️ SAVE NH TELEHEATH CHOICES! Email the House committee to OPPOSE SB382
SB 382, relative to licensure requirements for telehealth services and relative to licensure of physicians and physicians assistants through reciprocity agreements. This bill would prohibit telemedicine from any practitioner not licensed in New Hampshire, which would cut-off effective COVID treatments from people who have been receiving them from out-of-state telemedicine doctors. This is the opposite of what we should be doing right now. This bill needs to die.

Please vote ITL on SB382, relative to licensure requirements for telehealth services. We should be giving healthcare consumers MORE choices, not less. This licensure requirement only seeks to limit competition and reduce access to potentially life-saving medical care.
