Priorities for the week of April 24th

1) Sen. Jeb Bradley wants to kill HB 1210, the ONLY bill that helps protect employee rights to exemption from vaccine mandates the year. Sen. Bradley cares more about woke business agendas than individual liberty. We understand you've already filled up his voicemail, so please text Jeb Bradley directly on his personal cell phone: 603-387-2365 and explain that he works for the People of New Hampshire, not the lobbyists, and the People demand a law to protect our right to bodily autonomy. Here's some other talking points:
- HB1210 is the ONLY bill that helps protect employee rights to exemption from vaccine mandates.
- We need to eliminate the inquisition that many employees were put through in order to gain religious exemptions.
- Individual rights trump the desires of corporations and lobbyists.
2) Add HB 1022 to the list of bills Sen. Bradley is opposing. Don't let his powerful, big-money influence destroy this no-brainer bill that would make ivermectin an over-the-counter medicine in New Hampshire. We know it's not a profit maker for the industry, but we also know that it is good, and we believe that government exists to promote the general welfare. This bill falls into that category. It's important that this safe and effective medication is available to all New Hampshire residents to help fight inflammation and viral infections. Text Bradley to support HB 1210: 603-387-2365.
3) HB 1131, our bill to prohibit mandatory masks at schools, has an Ought to Pass with Amendment (OTP-A) recommendation on the Senate calendar and will receive a vote of the Senate this week on Thursday. We think it would help if you could come and hold signs outside the State House in the morning as the Senators head in to their session, which is taking place on Thursday, April 28, starting at 10 a.m. We know it's school vacation week, so moms, dads and children coming out around 9 a.m. to the State House to support this important parental rights issue would go a long way. While you're at it, tell the Senators to support the other two efforts this week.

Your Financial Support Will Help Keep Things Moving!

RebuildNH is a grassroots organization led and sustained by New Hampshire-based activists Melissa Blasek, JR Hoell, Carolyn McKinney, Andrew Manuse, Leah Cushman and Thomas McLeod, and our work could not continue without the political activism of YOU and people like you. To be clear: that's political activism, not financial support. We have insisted on NOT making a practice of sending out fundraising emails. We have supported this organization organically out of our own pockets and through the volunteer donations of people who have been moved to donate, and honestly, we want to keep it that way. There's no "but" here; simply some education and a humble ask.

We purchased a HUGE tool that will help us with our activism efforts and will make activism easier for you, and we believe it's going to work well. Some of you have already experienced its benefits. It wasn't inexpensive, and it comes with an annual subnoscription cost. We could use an influx of cash to help cover the expense. If you believe in what we're doing—namely, fighting back against tyranny in government and advancing the cause of freedom using the Constitutional system that was set up by our Founders—then please help us continue to facilitate these efforts and support the use of our new tool.

Please DONATE today to support our efforts: https://rebuildnh.com/donate/
Senate HHS is exec'ing @ReopenNH priority bills today. They are debating HB1210 now.

Sen. Bradley argues against the OTP recommendation. They just recommended to kill religious vaccine exemptions for NH workers.

Edit: This is just a committee recommendation. We can convince the senators to vote to pass on the floor. There will be action.

What we learned today from the debate over HB1210: The medical establishment owns the NH Senate. A majority of NH senators put federal money and corporate desires over the individual rights of NH citizens.

BREAKING: Speaker Packard's bill to restrict enforcement of federal vaccine mandates in NH is voted OTP (ought to pass) in Senate HHS.

BREAKING: Senate HHS recommended the ivermectin standing order bill OTP with amendment. They amended the bill to include a sunset provision and establish a committee to study whether it should be made permanent.

BREAKING: HB275 is headed to the governor's desk! This priority @ReopenNH state of emergency reform bill just passed in the Senate on consent. Good work, team! And thanks to the reps and senators who made this happen.

So from now on, a state of emergency declared by the governor automatically terminates after 21 days and can only be renewed up to 3 times. It can also be overturned at any time by the legislature by concurrent resolution. This is a giant step forward in ensuring the excesses of the COVID state of emergency does not happen again.

BREAKING: HB1131, the bill to ban masking in NH schools, passed the Senate (as amended) along party lines. 🥳 Because the Senate amended it, the bill needs to go back to the House to concur before heading to the governor's desk.

Update from today:
HB 1131, school mask mandate ban, passed!
HB 1431, establishing a parental bill of rights passed.
HB 1466, relative to off label prenoscriptions passed.
HB 275, SOE reform passed.

HB 1606, opt in registry bill, was special ordered to next week. Weird.
HB 1099, prohibiting the department of health and human services from requiring vaccine passports for services special ordered to end of the day.

In China now, we are seeing the human rights abuses that are inherent in pursuing a zero COVID policy. This is what the left wanted us to do -- lockdown harder. But we now know for a fact that these misguided, authoritarian policies were harmful and dangerous. We need to do more to ensure they do not happen again.

"No one has apologized, and no one has been held accountable..."

There must be accountability.

"The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) bought access to location data harvested from tens of millions of phones in the United States to perform analysis of compliance with curfews, track patterns of people visiting K-12 schools, and specifically monitor the effectiveness of policy in the Navajo Nation, according to CDC documents obtained by Motherboard. The documents also show that although the CDC used COVID-19 as a reason to buy access to the data more quickly, it intended to use it for more-general CDC purposes."

Woot! Thank you @ReopenNH activists who reached out to their legislators about this bill.

Another win tonight! @ReopenNH

More @ReopenNH priority bills that passed the NH Senate tonight:

Speaker Sherm Packard's HB 1455, prohibiting state enforcement of any federal law or rule mandating COVID vaccines for employment
HB 1604, including state medical facilities in the statute providing medical freedom in immunizations
HB1606, making the state vaccine registry an opt-in program.

⛔️ Unfortunately, we had a big loss for conscience rights and medical freedom. Rep. Tim Lang's bill to create a simple religious and conscientious vaccine exemption process for employees, HB 1210, did not pass the Senate (they voted to send it to interim study, which is a polite way of killing it). Only 5 senators stood with us. Only 5 senators put individual rights before corporate desires. A majority of senators seem to prioritize profit over people, to their shame.

THANK YOU!
With the session wrapping up, we are celebrating some great wins thanks the efforts of our @ReopenNH activists and like-minded liberty lovers throughout this state.

“RebuildNH volunteers have shown the importance of tenacity in politics,” said Andrew J. Manuse, chairman of RebuildNH. “A constant presentation of unbending truth, despite its unpopularity, will bear fruit in bringing more liberty to the people of this State.”

@ReopenNH focuses on a certain set of issues, but there are many other issue areas that are being advanced by other groups and grassroots activists. Here's a comprehensive thread of all the pro-liberty bills, broken out by topic, that are headed to the governor's desk. 💪
