More @ReopenNH priority bills that passed the NH Senate tonight:

Speaker Sherm Packard's HB 1455, prohibiting state enforcement of any federal law or rule mandating COVID vaccines for employment
HB 1604, including state medical facilities in the statute providing medical freedom in immunizations
HB1606, making the state vaccine registry an opt-in program.

⛔️ Unfortunately, we had a big loss for conscience rights and medical freedom. Rep. Tim Lang's bill to create a simple religious and conscientious vaccine exemption process for employees, HB 1210, did not pass the Senate (they voted to send it to interim study, which is a polite way of killing it). Only 5 senators stood with us. Only 5 senators put individual rights before corporate desires. A majority of senators seem to prioritize profit over people, to their shame.

THANK YOU!
With the session wrapping up, we are celebrating some great wins thanks the efforts of our @ReopenNH activists and like-minded liberty lovers throughout this state.

“RebuildNH volunteers have shown the importance of tenacity in politics,” said Andrew J. Manuse, chairman of RebuildNH. “A constant presentation of unbending truth, despite its unpopularity, will bear fruit in bringing more liberty to the people of this State.”

@ReopenNH focuses on a certain set of issues, but there are many other issue areas that are being advanced by other groups and grassroots activists. Here's a comprehensive thread of all the pro-liberty bills, broken out by topic, that are headed to the governor's desk. 💪

Michael Yakubovich was an endorsed candidate for the 2021-2022 session that has supported all of our efforts over the last two years, and now he's running for the N.H. Senate for the next session. So far, he is the only candidate who we can enthusiastically support! We hope for more to come. That being said, he's launching his first fundraising dinner, and if you are so inclined to attend, please do so. As one of our supporters said, "In the battle for liberty, there are the fighters and those who support the fighters." Yakubovich is a fighter, and we urge you to support him in any way you can. https://www.michael4nh.com

The International Health Regulations (IHR) is an international treaty adopted in 1969. The signatory nations are now considering some insanely dangerous amendments that would allow the director-general of the WHO to declare a public health emergency in a country and unilaterally coerce its citizens to take certain actions. It would also create a "compliance committee" to bully nations who don't cooperate.

Daniel Horowitz suggests the answer: "The solution is very simple. Every Republican running for state or local office must pledge to pass a resolution pre-emptively declaring these regulations null and void."

MORE ON THE WHO PANDEMIC TREATY

"By signing onto the Pandemic Treaty, our leaders are signaling their approval for all this—and more—to be done again. The Pandemic Treaty won’t annul your national sovereignty. That would be impossible, because you haven’t had any national sovereignty since March 2020. The Pandemic Treaty is simply a reelection for another term."

ALERT! The Parental Bill of Rights (HB1431) is in danger of being killed in the committee of conference. We need Rep. Kim Rice (R-Hudson) to come through with strong support to save the bill.

👉 RIGHT NOW: PLEASE TEXT Rep. Rice at 603-943-3369 and tell her to SUPPORT HB1431.
Speaker Sherm Packard 603-505-5738 and tell him to SUPPORT HB1431.

@ReopenNH #parentalrights

NOTE: The House and Senate passed two different versions, so they need to reconcile those in a committee of conference. There are forces trying to kill the bill in conference.

BREAKING: We have confirmed with the Secretary of State that HB1131, the bill to ban masks on NH school children, has been delivered to the governor. He has 5 days to sign or veto. If he takes no action, it becomes law in 5 days.

First, we make sure the House and Senate concur with the committee of conference and send it to the governor's desk. Then, we have some convincing to do. I wonder if the NHGOP base will appreciate his position that pits children against their parents... 🤔

THIS IS HUGE. "SAFE AND EFFECTIVE" IS ANYTHING BUT.
There were SERIOUS contamination and safety issues with the SOLE manufacturer of J&J shots in the US.

"In March 2021, Emergent officially notified HHS about what it described as “mass contamination.” Yet it still continued making doses until its contract was terminated months later in November. A November 4th report in the Times describes Emergent as a “centerpiece of Operation Warp Speed” and the SOLE domestic manufacturer of J&J.

"Emergent got about $450 million before its contract was terminated. Then, according to Yahoo News, it received another $320 million-dollar “severance payment” when its contract was ended for cause in November. It actually made more money by screwing up, since only $180 million more was to be paid under the terminated deal."
