Quick reminder: When you email your elected officials, please make sure to include both your NAME and your TOWN. They look for any reason to disregard messages, and not identifying yourself as a NH resident is one of the reasons they use.
Missed this one from earlier this week re:HB417! Go ReopenNH-endorsed Rep. Leah Cushman! 💪

“The governor acted as lawmaker, enforcer and judge,” Cushman said. “Making hasty decisions is not necessarily the best way to govern. This protects New Hampshire from becoming completely totalitarian under a successive governor.”

ReopenNH aligned attorney Robert Fojo:

"If anyone in this group has a child in a New Hampshire school, is tired of the school requiring your child to wear a face mask, and wants to put an end to it, contact me."

⭐️⭐️ ACTION ALERT ⭐️⭐️

The Senate Judiciary Committee is meeting tomorrow, May 11, at 2:00 PM for a public hearing on HB 440, the Civil Liberties Defense Act. If passed, this bill would protect civil liberties from being “suspended” during a state of emergency—something the Governor’s attorneys have claimed the power to do.

Sign in to support: http://gencourt.state.nh.us/remotecommittee/senate.aspx

Please also consider emailing the committee and asking them to vote in support of HB 440. PLEASE customize your subject line and content of your email.

Rep. Keith Ammon is one of New Hampshire’s most innovative and forward-thinking legislators. When the state of emergency began, Ammon quickly perceived that religious communities around the country were under threat.

Ammon is the prime sponsor of HB 542, the Religious Liberty Act, which provides needed protections for church and religious communities in times of crisis. Dozens of pastors around New Hampshire have spoken in support of Ammon’s efforts to ensure that churches are treated fairly. Thanks to his work, HB 542 recently passed the House and is now before the Senate.

Many representatives hear from constituents when they are displeased, but they should also hear from voters when they have done especially praiseworthy work. Please email Rep. Ammon at Keith.Ammon@leg.state.nh.us and thank him for his efforts on behalf of religious and civil liberties.

If you haven’t signed this and do not agree with student athletes being mandated to wear masks while playing outdoors, please sign this:

They’re revisiting this policy on the 13th due to the push back. The more signatures, the more our chances are of getting it removed. 🙏🏼
⭐️⭐️ CALL TO ACTION ⭐️⭐️

Tomorrow, May 13, 2021, the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA) has a regularly scheduled Council meeting at 8:30AM. The NHIAA has adopted an anti-science universal masking position, encouraging and recommending that even student athletes cover their nose and mouth during practice and competition (see the individual sport "considerations" on their website: http://www.nhiaa.org/sports-medicine). And, of course, all staff, volunteers, and parents are also required to mask, despite all randomized, controlled scientific evidence pointing to the ineffectiveness of masking when it comes to transmission of a virus.

Email the NHIAA council members TODAY and demand that they eliminate their masking policies, especially in regards to children who are in practice and competition.

💉💉 VACCINE PASSPORT BILL
Activists needed to testify (again)!

Tuesday, May 18, at 1:30 pm there will be another hearing on the vaccine passport bill. We need people to testify!

The committee was so overwhelmed with emails that not only are they NOT watering down the amendment, they are EXPANDING it, so much that it needs another hearing.

Please consider testifying before the committee. It's not difficult! It's best to write out your testimony and read it, then you can also email the testimony to the committee members when you're finished. Questions? Leave a comment, and we will try to answer them.

Article by ReopenNH treasurer Hon. JR Hoell regarding the recent Daniel Will hearing:

"Last week, Will had a chance to explain or repudiate this view. Instead, Will brushed off the controversy and acted like he had no idea what the House was even talking about. “I’ve never argued that the Constitution can be suspended,” he told Councilor Joe Kenney. Later, he again told Kenney “It’s never been about suspending the Constitution. I have never made that argument.”

When Councilor Dave Wheeler questioned Will on the same topic, he doubled down. “What was argued was not to suspend the Constitution. We never made that argument.” He continued to repeat this lie again and again throughout the recorded hearing.

So where did the idea of suspending the Constitution come from? Have groups like RebuildNH just made up the claim? The simple answer is “no.” The public record here clearly contradicts Will’s denials."

Incredibly important on the origins of COVID

"If coronavirus did leak from a lab, it is the biggest indictment of the public health establishment in America. That we knowingly have been funding dangerous research in places with sub-standard safety protocols which may have cause the worst pandemic in nearly a century.

Nicholas Wade... dramatically indicts American authorities. Wade lays out how the NIH and NIAID funneled dollars to gain of function research in Wuhan despite a US government ban. That this funneling occurred specifically because Dr. Fauci or Dr. Francis Collins or possibly both overruled US government policy through an exemption loophole. Wade quotes an expert that says both of these officiels 'have systematically thwarted efforts by the White House, Congress, scientists, and science policy specialists to regulate gain of function research of concern.' In other words, Fauci, the hero of the pandemic, was intimately involved in funding and perpetuating the research that very likely is what caused this entire thing in the first place. And the cover up here really is stunning."

Reminder: Just because the restrictions are gone doesn't mean the State of Emergency has ended. Sununu just keeps it going so he can have unrestrained power. Here's the latest installment:

From the article: "COVID-19 caused the number of children waiting for treatment beds to dramatically increase, Shibinette said."

So... an emergency order to deal with the ramifications of his earlier emergency orders. Email the Senate and demand SOE reform NOW. Without it, when does this all end?
