If a loved one hasn't taken the "vaccine" and are thinking about it, watch this. If they move forward anyway, they are beyond saving. Please watch this to dissuade yourself from doing what is unnecessary and dangerous:

One vote against Daniel Will!
https://twitter.com/jdistaso/status/1394803811517145090?s=09

Please contact Councilor Wheeler to thank him, and contact the other councilors (maybe contact them again!) and ask them to oppose Daniel Will. We MUST stop this constitutional threat from being elevated to the superior court!

Councilor Joe Kenney (603-447-9263), 603-581-8780, Joseph.Kenney@nh.gov
Councilor Dave Wheeler (603-673-3604), David.K.Wheeler@nh.gov
Councilor Cinde Warmington (603-225-7262), Cinde.Warmington@nh.gov
Councilor Ted Gatsas, (603) 623-0211, Ted.Gatsas@nh.gov
Councilor Janet Stevens, (603) 436-1645, Janet.L.Stevens@nh.gov

From a supporter in the discussion group. Great idea!

I sent an email to thank three House members for their leadership and testimony to represent us at the SB155 hearing. I'm not involved in elected office, but in my opinion, it would be a good idea to send a brief email to these reps with any positive feedback. I know it's good to hear that the work one is doing is appreciated.

We have begun receiving reports from NH residents that their employers are starting to require the COVID injection to retain their jobs. OSHA has said that any injury from a vaccine that was mandated by an employer is considered a "workplace injury" and the employer is liable. More info here: https://granitegrok.com/blog/2021/05/osha-employers-who-require-employees-to-get-the-jab-are-liable-for-adverse-reactions

If you are being threatened by an employer in this way, consider getting a lawyer to send a letter to your employer notifying them that they will be liable in the event of an injury. Maybe also include VAERS data in that letter to make it clear how many people are acutally getting injured (and note that it is estimated that VAERS only captures 1% of vaccine reactions): https://www.openvaers.com/covid-data
BREAKING: Constitutional threat Daniel Will was just confirmed to the NH superior court. Executive Councilor Dave Wheeler was the ONLY ONE to vote against him. Here is the contact info for the four councilors who don't care about your constitutional rights, if you want to express your displeasure:

Councilor Joe Kenney (603-447-9263), 603-581-8780, Joseph.Kenney@nh.gov
Councilor Cinde Warmington (603-225-7262), Cinde.Warmington@nh.gov
Councilor Ted Gatsas, (603) 623-0211, Ted.Gatsas@nh.gov
Councilor Janet Stevens, (603) 436-1645, Janet.L.Stevens@nh.gov

Elections are a little over a year away. Start recruiting now. There are organizations, like ReopenNH, that will support good candidates. We need solid constitutional candidates to step up to the plate in 2022.
BREAKING: The Nashua Board of Health just unanimously voted on a recommendation to the Board of Alderman to rescind the mask mandate. The mandate's days are numbered. Businesses will soon be free to decide their own policies.
Posted today:
"US kids cases have decreased by 45% last 4 weeks. Infect rate among kids now .07%. Chance an asympt kid will infect another kid and a severe outcome will occur is approx 0.0007 (prev) x 0.007 (asymp transm) x 0.00008 (covid hosp rate in kids)= 0.00000004%."

That equates to 1 in 2.5 BILLION.

Looks like the Senate gutted HB 417. They removed the most important part (a requirement that the legislature vote to extend a state of emergency) in exchange for some paltry crumbs from the governor's table.

https://www.unionleader.com/news/politics/voters/sununu-gop-lawmakers-reach-deal-over-emergency-powers/article_07b94008-d9d6-5bf3-b9eb-3c60a1bfbdbc.html

Why is the removal of the legislative extension important? The Senate rules say 2/3 majority is required to pass a concurrent resolution (like one to end an SOE). So if things remain as they are (legislature doesn't extend, only ends an SOE), no future SOE will be ended without a supermajority in the Senate.

I suspect this was brokered without the input of the Freedom Caucus. We will see what they have to say about this... There's no way the establishment can pass this without their support unless they get the Dems on board.
IOWA! Governor just signed a mask ban in schools and by localities.

Other states are showing us up. Where is the NH legislature? The House has sent some great bills over to the Senate, and so far it seems that the Senate is destroying them (more interested in playing footsie with Sununu!). It's going to have to be full-court press in the Senate soon. Stay tuned for details.
