RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION AT DAYCARE FACILITIES
IF you have been discriminated against by a licensed NH daycare facility, please reach out to me. I am looking for written testimony and limited verbal testimony for the meeting of the House HHS Oversight Committee on December 15th at 1pm. The issue of the denial of the right to religious freedom (refusal to enroll kids with religious exemptions, and also the issue of the denial of enrollment based on disability (medical exemption) will be up for discussion. I expect the Child Care Licensing Unit, which is refusing to enforce the law and administrative rules that are incumbent upon licensees (daycares) and it is their job to enforce, will be there.
Not only is the CCLU not enforcing the requirement for licensure, I have emails from the CCLU telling a daycare administrator to get an attorney against parents asserting their right to religious freedom or freedom from discrimination based on disability.
We need testimony. Please share this with anyone you know has gone through this with the day cares. Let's get to the bottom of this once and for and secure the rights of the People.

It was just brought to our attention that DHHS seems to have removed its "Frequently Asked Questions for COVID-19 Vaccine for Children Under 5 Yrs Old" document that we exposed this past week.
