On the heels of FDA’s new draft guidance which further weakens the already paltry clinical trial requirements for vaccine approval, FDA is once again implementing rules that take aim at informed consent protections. On December 21, 2023, FDA issued a final rule that “allows an exception from the requirement to obtain informed consent when a clinical investigation poses no more than minimal risk to the human subject and includes appropriate safeguards to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of human subjects.”

Just how concerning is this? The above criteria mean that injectable vaccines are not likely to qualify for a waiver. (If they need to be face-to-face with you to give you an injection, clearly they can ask for your consent.) However, what about potential inhalable vaccines—the ones that are designed to spread from person-to-person? It certainly seems like if they can justify these types of products as “minimal risk” as they have in the past, this sort of rule could be used to shield researchers who wish to test transmissible products that may escape (or be intentionally released) in real world settings.

Section 3: Public Health Research and Investment in Dismantling Structural Racism
This section adds a new section to the Public Health Service Act called "National Center on Antiracism and Health." The section establishes a center within the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that focuses on understanding and addressing the public health impacts of racism. The National Center on Antiracism and Health will be responsible for:

-Declaring racism as a public health crisis
-Developing new knowledge in the science and practice of antiracism
-Transferring that knowledge into practice through interventions that address racism and promote equity
-Contributing to the national and global conversation about the impacts of racism on health
-The Center will also conduct research, provide leadership and coordination, award grants, establish regional centers of excellence, establish a clearinghouse for data collection, and provide information and education to the public regarding structural racism and antiracist interventions.

👉 The bill to nullify the WHO and CDC will become even more imperative if this Marxist nonsense passes.

Reminder that the COVID jab incentives were not a novel invention. Insurance companies have been financially incentivizing ALL childhood vaccines for decades.
