This is all coming out after FOIA court battles by Judicial Watch. The govt is still stonewalling on to disclosing the names of NIH employees in connection with 4,851 royalty payments between 2009 and 2021.

The Scottish Inquiry has turned up that it was policy to "toe tag" patients of a certain age, meaning that they would not use normal resuscitation measures on those patients. 70+ were not resuscitated, and there was discussion about pushing that DNR policy as low as 50+.
