Big federal news: Children's Health Defense has filed a RICO suit against the AAP over fraudulent vaccine safety claims. Note that AAP is the same organization that NH DHHS is following for vaccine recommendations rather than the updated (shorter list) of recommended vaccines recently put out by ACIP and the CDC.

"The complaint states there are parallels between the AAP’s actions and those of Big Tobacco, including 'suppression of adverse research, use of ‘independent’ scientific voices to block studies, and coordinated enterprise activity to mislead the public.'"

Gov. Ayotte has appointed Judge Will to the NH Supreme Court. This is the same man who, as New Hampshire Solicitor General, advanced a legal theory arguing that constitutional rights could effectively be set aside during a declared emergency. Court records show that Will urged judges to grant executives “broad latitude to suspend civil liberties” while emergency orders remained in effect.

We cannot afford a man like this in our state's top court.
