I see a good number of comments with people looking to connect with those in their town to challenge masks, or planning their own efforts. Email coordinator@reopennh.com with information about your effort, and we will push it out on telegram and to other @reopennh supporters in your area. If there is no effort in your area, please consider being the contact for your town and help to organize your fellow citizens.
THANK YOU to the patriots stepping up and suing school districts to end masking NH children! #unmasknhkids

"The lawsuits — one was filed against the Hollis/Brookline School District (School Administrative Unit #41), and the other was filed against the Bedford School District (School Administrative Unit #25) — were filed on behalf of several parents and their children residing in Hollis and Brookline, and Bedford, respectively, and challenge each school district’s requirement that students wear face masks or coverings while in school, riding the bus, or participating in extracurricular activities because they violate a New Hampshire statute (RSA 126-U:4) that prohibits schools from requiring restraints on children that restrict their breathing (including any restraint that involves covering the face or body with anything) or that restrict the normal function of a portion of their bodies."

Want to know what is happening in the NH Senate right now? This about sums it up.
Forwarded from Cornerstone
The NH Senate just voted along party lines to PASS HB 542-A, the Religious Liberty Act! The Senate version of HB 542 largely leaves intact the specific state-of-emergency protections for churches contained in the House bill. While Cornerstone ideally would have liked to see the Senate approve Rep. Ammon's bill as passed by the House, the amended version nonetheless does move the ball forward in protecting religious liberty.

Guys, we’re hearing from the Senate that they do not like all of the emails they are getting from you. They have said some not so nice things about you, also, and don’t want to do the right thing. They think it’s more politically expedient to serve the governor than to serve the People. In the nicest way you possibly can (seriously, please be eloquent and reasoned in your speech—it helps), it’s time to turn it up a notch. Please email them all again, and please keep the emails coming. Call your own Senator, once, twice, three times. Fill up their voice mail. We MUST have emergency powers reforms in the budget!
If you happen to have your senator’s cell phone number or home phone number please place it in the chat with their name and then call that number and tell them that State of Emergency reform must be in the budget!!! If their voicemail is full, text them! Please do that now.
Anyone out there organizing to take on their school boards to #unmasknhkids? Email coordinator@reopennh.com, and we will send out notices to ReopenNH supporters in your area.

OUTSIDE OF NH
Attorneys representing 56 New York families who comprise 100% of the population of unvaccinated students in the Ulster-area school districts have sent a letter to the NY State Dept of Health and the NY State Ed Dept laying out evidence that the unvaccinated children are more healthy than the vaccinated within the districts. They write:

"The Ulster Children are the living proof that unvaccinated children have far better health outcomes than vaccinated children. If you contest these results, please provide the scientific support that reflects that vaccinated children have better long-term health outcomes than the unvaccinated. Please also provide evidence that the growing rate and list of chronic diseases and disabilities affecting children are not caused by vaccination.

"If the NYSDOH or the NYSED do not have such evidence, then they cannot assess whether the childhood vaccine schedule it promotes and enforces is causing more harm than good, and its vaccination requirements not only fail to meet strict scrutiny, but they lack a rational basis. If you fail to timely provide this evidence, we have been authorized to commence an action challenging the constitutionality of the school immunization requirements for kindergarten through the twelfth grade."

👀 TROOPS! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We will be targeting certain Senate districts with some special efforts to put pressure on the spineless Senate. In the next day or two, we need volunteers to:

(1) Compile a list of towns in each targeted district, and
(2) Compile a list of news outlets in each targeted district.

Email coordinator@reopennh.com to aid in the effort. Let's do this! 💪

Rep. John Sytek (R) backstabbed us in the vote to ban vaccine passports in NH. Call him NOW and express your dismay and STRONGLY URGE him to keep his word to the people of NH to get the amendment into SB 155 NOW!!!
Gov. Sununu is finally catching on that we haven't been in an emergency for over a year now. He also is finally admitting that RebuildNH was correct in saying that federal money doesn't depend on being in a SOE. Now it's up to the Senate to get on board with the House to make sure no governor can ever abuse his authority again like this one has. So far, the Senate has been very disappointing. The Legislature needs to be in charge of deciding whether to extend a State of Emergency, not the governor. It's what the Constitution requires. Ask for this to be fixed in the committee of conference on HB 417 and HB 2.

Remember this? @ReopenNH doesn't forget, Governor Gaslight!

SHARE SHARE SHARE to make sure everyone in NH remembers too. Sununu will not get away with trying to blame the legislature for the continuing state of emergency.
"While negotiations with the House are never easy, this year, the very slim Republican majority in that chamber gives unique power to the hardline-conservative House Freedom Caucus, which is already firing warning shots over the changes made to the budget by the Senate.

"In particular, the Freedom Caucus is upset its efforts to dramatically restrain the governor's emergency powers were scaled back."

"The only group that the Legislature is fooling is themselves if, after 63 weeks of authoritarian rule, they think we should continue this for another 2 years,” Rep. Kevin Verville, who called for Sununu to be impeached last year, said.

Thanks to the members of the House Freedom Caucus for holding the line for our republic! 💪 No SOE reform, no budget! Real legislative oversight or bust.
