Alu Axelman nails it with this analysis. Until we restore liberty in New Hampshire, it is imperative that government function to protect the rights of individuals, because ultimately, that’s why it exists. Get rid of government, and we can talk about voluntary association. Until that point, businesses cannot be allowed to require a vaccine or a vaccine passport, because it’s not actually them requiring it, it’s their puppet master pulling the strings where no one is looking. Alu is 100% dead on accurate with this analysis, and he explains why a vaccine passport ban is essential. https://libertyblock.com/could-truly-private-business-exist-in-a-socialist-country/
Unmask Update from Gilford:

Good news! We had some victories last night! We got the board to vote to attempt an agreement with the union to remove masks. They also voted in favor of that change going into effect immediately. Masks are now optional in INDOOR physical education and afterschool indoor sports.

Way to go, team! 💪 Keep it up! Keep pushing! PERSISTANCE is the highest virtue in political activism. BE RELENTLESS.
Unmask Update from Londonderry:

The Facebook group "Unmask Londonderry" was very active last night and present. Over 50 members present.

Only one board member was open to the vote on optional masks but a "second" to the motion did not come. So no vote was called. Reason given: there are only 7 days left and they "already voted on the 2020-2021 reopening plan."

More parents need to get involved! If you can't attend a school board meeting, at the very least email the board at schoolboard@londonderry.org. MUST keep pushing to make sure there are no masks or vaxx requirements in the fall. Let's GOOOO Londonderry!

Did you all see this appalling situation from the Exeter high school prom?
https://granitegrok.com/blog/2021/06/unvaccinated-students-at-high-school-prom-numbered-with-a-sharpie-tracked-all-night

” ….was pretty fired up today after learning that kids who weren’t vaccinated had a number written on them in Sharpie at the EHS prom last night. If they were on the dance floor, they had to raise their hands after every three songs so their numbers could be recorded by other underclass students for contact tracing purposes. There’s even more to the story, but this alone is surprising to us. We truly feel they are literally branding our kids if they don’t get this experiential “emergency” approved vaccine…”
When the "experts" not only allow, but encourage, child abuse (in the form of compulsory masking, against all scientific data), should we be surprised that they are taking their abuse further?

Alu Axelman reports on the Liberty Block:

“I just read today that some of the local schools aren’t allowing air conditioning or fans in the schools because of covid. A school literally kept the lights off and sprayed kids with water bottles to keep them cool today. And lots of schools today were half days because of the heat because they can’t turn on the AC and the kids have to wear masks so it’s not safe with the heat.”

JUST IN - Pfizer-BioNTech has begun late-stage clinical trials of their #COVID19 vaccine in young children ages 5 to 11, the company announced.

For those of you starting to organize in your school districts, there is a LOT of ground to cover to restore American education – medical tyranny and coersion (masks, vaccines, etc.) is just one important topic. For those of you also fighting Critical Race Theory in your local schools, check out this briefing book from CRT expert Christopher Rufo: http://christopherrufo.com/crt-briefing-book

We did it! The State of Emergency is over! If it was not for you and your constant phone calls and emails to the N.H. House and Senate, this would not have happened. Please allow that to resonate and give it some thought. The truth is this: The real work of politics happens behind the scenes, and YOU were with us behind the scenes. Thank you and congratulations!

Read our Press Release about today's news!
Legislative Update: Let’s Make Sure Executive Overreach Never Happens Again
Now that the State of Emergency is over, one thing is certain: we need to make sure something like this NEVER happens again! Never again can we allow one man in the corner office to run our entire state and way of life without any checks and balances on his power. The consequences of one-man rule are too severe.

The good news is that there are two efforts led by RebuildNH endorsed representatives in the House that will go a long way toward accomplishing this goal, and we need your help to get this language across the finished line.

Here’s where we’re at: The House passed HB 417 and emergency powers reforms in the budget (HB 2), but the Senate edited this language out and watered it down. The House, led by our people in the N.H. House Freedom Caucus, are standing their ground and fighting to restore the House Freedom Caucus language, which would ensure Legislative oversight over future States of Emergency as well as individual emergency orders passed by the governor. Without this language becoming law, there won’t be a state budget this year. The goal is to pass identical language in both HB 417 and HB 2 to ensure that it becomes law, and it is now up to two Committees of Conference (made up of House and Senate leaders) to iron out these details.

Here’s where you come in: Please contact the committee of conference members for HB 417 and HB 2 and ask them to pass identical N.H. House Freedom Caucus emergency powers reform language in both bills so that we are ensured these changes will become law. If we can get this done this year, our freedom and the balance of powers in state government will be in a far more stable position.

Here are the people to contact:

For HB 2
Conference committee meeting: 11 a.m., 06/14/2021
Location: LOB 210-211
Senate Members: Chuck Morse, Jeb Bradley, Cindy Rosenwald
House Members and Alternates: Members: Lynne Ober, Kenneth Weyler, Karen Umberger, Leonard Turcotte, Sherman Packard; Alternates: Jess Edwards, Peter Leishman, Mary Jane Wallner, Norman Major, Tracy Emerick

For HB 417
Conference committee meeting: 11 a.m., 06/14/2021
Location: LOB 306-308
Senate: Bob Giuda, Sharon Carson, Suzanne Prentiss
House:  Carol McGuire, Terry Roy, Tony Lekas, Jeffrey Goley

On top of this final effort for the year, these key bills are also in their final push for victory and could use your support:
HB 542, religious protection during a state of emergency
HB 220 medical freedom act
• HB 63 reversal and forgiveness of Covid fines (part of HB 2)

As parents, it is up to us to protect our children.
N.H. House Speaker Sherm Packard is trying to water down our emergency powers reform efforts. Please call him at 603-432-3391 (this is his personal number) or 603-271-3661 (office) and tell him that the only meaningful State of Emergency reform takes the power away from the governor to extend a state of emergency and restores it to the Legislature. We’re down to the wire folks. Let’s get this over the finish line.
Report on last night (6/15) meeting with Parents and School Board in Exeter NH
by Trish DiCaprio

Tuesday 6/15 Exeter NH - Last night's school board meeting at Exeter high school (full video here) was held in the auditorium and was a bit more formal than Monday night's meeting - which was held in the cafeteria. There was a very large audience in attendance both nights. The audience was overwhelmingly dominated by concerned taxpayer citizens and parents who continued to share their frustration that the school board and the superintendent are not and have not been listening to the wants and needs of the majority in the community. I believe I heard one parent state that a survey taken in July of 2020 showed that 83% of parents wanted school to return to in person, classroom teaching in September of 2020 and the return to in person was finally allowed in May of 2021. Many parents at Tuesday's meeting expressed frustration with accessibility, communication, transparency, accountability, responsibility and leadership of both the school board and the superintendent. And... like at Mondays meeting parents called for the superintendent to resign.

There were a few voices who supported the superintendent and school committee and acknowledged they had a difficult year to navigate without a blueprint for these unprecedented circumstances. One parent's response to the "working without a blueprint" comment was... "that is life - we all work without blueprints and templates and we all have to navigate unexpected emergencies in our lives and in our jobs" ... and he continued with many examples of how he is challenged in his job with emergencies that he doesn't have a blueprint for and that he has to figure it out, get it done and is held accountable and responsible for doing the job well. Many parents stated that the school administration is woefully misguided about the "virus" and "vaccine".

The majority of the audience/community showed overwhelming support to each other through applause as each parent shared their "frustrating & disappointing" experiences of this past school year. Many parents stated a plea to the superintendent and school board, you can do better, we can do better - work with us, be transparent, communicate, be relevant and make sure your decisions make sense before implementing. Many reiterated what was stated by other parents at Monday night's meeting - Critical Race Theory and Justice Diversity Equity & Inclusion and Scorecard Balance do not have a place in our school system. Many parents are already experiencing first hand that the CRT curriculum is causing more problems than it is helping and they do not want more of these curriculums introduced. One person commented - We are tired of hearing about new curriculum that the teachers need to be educated on - let's focus on academics and education of the students. Especially when the students have lost an entire year of education.

Many made good points and showed the hypocrisy of the school board and superintendent mask policy - many students were in attendance at both the Monday 6/14 and Tuesday 6/15 school board meeting and were maskless, as were the overwhelming majority of those in attendance at both meetings, yet these students were being required to wear a mouth & nose covering all day, everyday in this same building, in these same areas, when school is in session.

At the very end of the public portion of the meeting (approx. 10:00 pm) one school board member represented the parents and communities will and made a MOTION TO REMOVE THE MASK MANDATE AND MAKE MASKS OPTIONAL FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SCHOOL YEAR (last day of school, 6/16) AND FOR SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAMS. After some discussion amongst the school board and superintendent THE MOTION PASSED - I believe it was 6 in favor 4 opposed.
