White House chatter is that lockdowns for delta variant all but a done deal. Virtually all blue states are cooperating with WH / CDC. They’re aiming for late 2nd week of August, per WH official
We're hearing more and more jab mandates being required by employers to get jabbed (federal government not least among them). Know your rights!

You have a religious exemption under both state and federal law, and that exemption does not rest on you being a member of an organized religion. Courts and employers are actually barred from inquiring into the nature of religious belief beyond a cursory examination to determine whether a belief is "sincerely held." What's important for an religious accommodation determination is the employee's stated beliefs, not a particular doctrine or biblical text.

Specifically, under federal rules, if there is a religious objection to vaccination, it is protected under the civil rights act, and a direct threat must exist to prove that reasonable accommodations can not be made for the employee. Case law behind this is strong and a direct threat has been narrowly determined to exist in circumstances such as a nurse with active TB working with patients. To my knowledge a direct threat has never been found to exist in a situation where a medical professional cannot be vaccinated.

We came across these and thought they might be helpful for some of our followers: https://news.gab.com/2021/07/29/important-download-covid-vaccine-religious-exemption-documents-here/

CONCORD ACTION ALERT
Concord school district officials and school board to meet Monday to discuss reopening guidelines:
https://www.concordmonitor.com/Concord-schools-fall-plan-preview-41705043

Public input will be heard. Currently the superintendent supports masks for all until 70% community vaccination rates, and vaccine is available for under 12 year olds.

In addition: "The district will likely have to require masks on school buses, in accordance with a February order from the CDC that requires masking on all public transportation."

SHOW UP!
When: Monday, August 2
Time: 7:00-8:30 pm
Where: Central Office Board Room, 38 Liberty Street
Agenda: https://sau8.org/school_board/monthly_board_meeting_agenda_packet
"Study after disregarded study has shown that even unvaccinated children are safer than many vaccinated adults. Kids don’t spread COVID the same way. Schools aren’t infection hot spots. Kids rarely get sick from COVID and, when they do, it’s no worse than a cold.

We need to internalize this and stop listening to unhinged bureaucrats and journalists who frame children as little disease vectors. They aren’t. There’s a reason much of Europe didn’t mask kids under age 12 at all. It isn’t that they care about their kids less than we do, here in a country that starts masking at the insane age of 2. In fact, it shows Europeans care about their kids’ development so much they won’t force them to play bit parts in a grand psychodrama."

Did any of you watch Sen. Ron Johnson's press conference with the disabled victims of the COVID injections? For those of you dealing with school administrations and school boards who are insisting on injections for children, please share with them the stories of these injured children. This girl is not the only one.

Don't miss this one:

"What if private corporations imposed mask mandates and required COVID-19 vaccinations? What if the government could enlist a wide array of private-sector entities that provide essential services to citizens to carry out what the government itself might find very difficult to carry out? In this way, the government would create a national passport system without having to administer it all from Washington.

...Let’s say that you need proof of vaccination to fly on a plane, or to eat at a restaurant, or to go to a baseball game, or to return to work. This would put pressure on citizens to get vaccines or run the risk of being excluded from the basic activities of life. They could hold out and refuse to be vaccinated, but the consequence would be dire: They would, in effect, become second-class citizens.

...There’s a name for such a partnership between the state and the private sector to force all the citizens into lockstep: fascism."

Update from Hillsboro-Deering:

Great turnout tonight at the Hillsboro/Deering board meeting. Only one speaker was for masks and that was a student. All the parents were against. At least 3 of the 5 board members were on the good side.

Great job, patriots! 💪

🔥🔥 PETITION LAUNCH: NO MASKS in NH PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Sign and Share!

Destructive, cowardly, and anti-science school boards are starting to force mask New Hampshire children AGAIN. We CANNOT let them traumatize our children for yet another year. It is time the legislature stepped in to ban mask mandates for New Hampshire students. While the legislature is not in session right now, the legislature can open a special session with a majority vote.

Please sign and share this petition to tell Speaker Packard and Senate President Morse that the legislature needs to be called into a special session so that they can ban mask mandates in schools forever!

Truth! The Left has been relentless for decades. We must match their zeal and leave NOTHING on the table. Take NOTHING for granted. ⬇️

Go online and look at any left-wing call-to-action in New Hampshire, then compare it to any conservative call-to-action.

The first difference you’ll see is that, on conservative CTAs, you can always find some defeatist comments claiming that emailing your representatives is a waste of time.

But the left *never* gives in to this despairing, loser attitude - not even when they are out of power. They consistently call and email *even their Republican representatives.* And we can see the results: they are able to shift public opinion and put us on the defensive.

Conservatives in New Hampshire do not have a crippling disadvantage in numerical support. Their greatest disadvantage is in enthusiasm and participation.
⭐️⭐️ EXETER ACTION ALERT ⭐️⭐️

Reminder! SHOW UP at the school board meeting TONIGHT at 5:30PM. Without your ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT Exeter school children will suffer the woke Left's traumatizing anti-science policies.
