Our State Reps in the house are trying to schedule a special session to discuss NO MASK mandate legislation in our NH schools. However, they need more Senators to sign on. We need as many people in the State as possible to email their Senators and ask them to sign on for this special session and Stop the Mask Mandates. Dear Senator,
I am writing to ask for you to sign on and participate in the special session to address the misdirected mask mandates targeted at our children in response to Covid-19. It is my firm belief that our State Legislature must address the masking and vaccination mandates. In particular, on how they are being managed in the schools.
The decision for our child’s healthcare resides with the parents, not bureaucrats. Many school districts in this state have taken it upon themselves to enforce a one size fits all approach that does not address the special needs and concerns of our children. This behavior and bureaucratic overreach must stop.

For those of you facing mandates for your children, it's time to seriously consider removing your child from the government schools. Here are two bits of hope to help you:

(1) The legislature this past session passed, and Gov. Sununu signed, a bill establishing Education Freedom Accounts, a progam which should begin to be available for lower income parents this fall. We will post more information about this and hold an informative virtual event on it in the coming weeks.

(2) Many more people are capable of homeschooling than they think. There is a lot of freedom for homeschoolers in NH, and lots of support out there (online groups, homeschool co-ops, and more). There are SO MANY curriculum options for you to choose from to fit your family.

Applications for the new Education Freedom Accounts (EFA) program for the 2021-22 school year are now open! Eligible NH families earning up to 300% of the poverty line can use EFAs to pay for tuition at the school of their choice, tutoring, online learning programs, educational supplies, internet connectivity, and other educational expenses.

Please note, while we will continue to accept applications on a rolling basis, because the EFA program is pro-rated, only families whose applications are complete before Wednesday, September 1st will qualify for 100% of the total possible dollar amount for this school year.

Things i noticed, the crowd was 50/50- so next time we need more ppl to show, not just this sbm but meetings all over our state.

Masks optional due to a 3 / 3 tie with it being relooked at in October. If "cases" rise the superintendent is queen, and her decisions rule. In the meantime, a more in depth plan will go into place not allowing her absolute power

Epping:
Epping Lost. Mandating masks starting Monday. Disgusting- so many people spoke against it and yet the board 3-2 won for mandates. Furious.

Great message from a patriot in the discussion group:

It’s time for difficult decisions, sacrifice and the willingness to make profound changes for the sake of our kids. With alternative learning methods, you don’t have to start on Monday. That’s the government plan, not yours. There is still time to find other solutions. That is the beauty of home/alternative schooling; flexibility.

If you have a 529 investment plan, may be time to cash it in and worry about the present rather than the future. 529 plans can now be used for private education prior to college. Especially with what we know about universities now, I say use the money now. Live off it if you have to quit your job to homeschool. Pay the 10% penalty if you have to. But there are options like Prenda groups in NH. And connect with NH home school coalition to find out where the pods near your community are. The kids wearing masks all day are in danger. The kids getting trained to be marxists are in danger. Above all, our kids are more important than money.

...My plan is to supplement his education with real life lessons and experiences. No more masks, no more indoctrination. I feel for the parents with young kids. Everyone is at a crossroads and the gravity of the situation cannot be understated.

We were just informed that 20 doctors and nurses have walked off the job at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical — refusing to get the vaccine. Tell every medical worker you know. They are not alone. These hospital systems can't afford to lose their workers. #holdtheline
