Between Tuesday night when we sent our first email alert and Wednesday at lunch time, we received and printed more than 300 responses that we will hand-deliver to the commissioner. We were amazed that in addition to those emails–given such short notice–about 200 people took time off from work and showed up to testify against these rule changes. (Note: the room could hold only 95!)

Yes, you heard us right, in less than 48 hours, you sent 300 emails and 200 of you took time out of your day to visit the DHHS administration building in Concord to testify against these unnecessary and unconstitutional rule changes.

DHHS will either withdraw their rules change proposal or they will schedule another hearing that you can attend. Now that we know where to look for DHHS hearing notices, we will make sure to inform you as soon as we know the new hearing date so you can plan to get involved. At the next hearing, we will make sure the public hearing space will accommodate everyone who wants to attend.

In the meantime, please make sure your friends are aware of the proposed Vaccine Registry rules changes and why it’s not enough to stop the proposed changes; we need to push back to either completely dismantle the Vaccine Registry database or at a minimum require bureaucrats to secure patient’s opt-in request.

Biden will be holding a press conference at 5pm today. Purportedly, he will be forcing all federal workers AND ALL FEDERAL CONTRACTORS to be vaccinated without exception. This is BEYOND OVERREACH.

I hope all these people give Biden the big middle finger. And then band together to sue the federal government. This is dangerous to those who have already had natural infection (3-4x higher risk of injury if you've already had natural infection). It is unethical to force anyone to submit to a medical procedure to keep a job. Not to mention if they do not accept religious exemptions, it is a violation of federal law. Not that law matters to this lawless regime.

This is a good start, but it is ultimately the wrong message. The purpose of government is to PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE. "Private business" is not sacrosanct if it infringes on the rights of the people. We shouldn't JUST be seeking to nullify federal overreach, but also to make sure businesses aren't forcing their employees to take unproven, experimental medical interventions against their will.

This is true. We need to think ahead. Figure out how to pull your kids from government schools, or start fighting against forced vaxx and discrimination NOW. Can't be caught flat-footed like many of us did this summer. And we can't let them get away with voting one way when the people are watching and voting another way minutes or days later.
