In every moment of weakness, fascists will momentarily turn off their fascist propaganda to try to convince liberals that they too should be part of a platform, that they too have rights, and that they too deserve a minimum of respect. This is, of course, something they wouldn't concede to anyone else in a weaker position, but they themselves feel ennoscriptd to it, and they will exploit liberals to do it. No one falls for this stuff if they're a potential victim of fascist propaganda, of course. The aim of fascists is to be supported by the establishment, which is always fundamental for them to obtain power (it's not like they care about building popular movements. At the moment this is what they propagandize they want to build, but it's not a coincidence that all big popular movements have been anti-authoritarian, while fascists are often financed by rich conservatives. All the 'movements' they claim ot be building are usually minor groups, then promoted as the will of the people, like the stop the steal shit and the anti-lockdown protests, which would only manage to gather a few tens or maybe hundreds of protesters in the cities. Then came BLM with millions all over the us).

nazis do this weird thing where they go up to people, try to attack them, get the shit kicked out of them, and then upload video of themselves crying so Andy Ngo can post it with the caption "innocent man attacked by violent BLM"
It's funny, a lot of people believe in the idea of wasted youth, and, although it's a very deeply ingrained thought, I would like to address it more deeply. What is a wasted youth? It is one that was not used productively, not spent cultivating some skill that could be profited off of in adulthood. It is a mindset produced by capitalism. Is a youth that was spent playing happily catch and eating pizza truly wasted?

Happy birthday, Chelsea Manning! (December 17, 1987)
As a member of the US Army, Chelsea Manning struggled with her gender identity and the moral weight of the innumerable crimes which she was privy and party to in America’s Middle Eastern wars. Downloading nearly 500,000 documents and smuggling them past security, Manning set out to expose them to the world. Rebuffed by mainstream news outlets, Manning gave the documents to WikiLeaks. She continued passing information on to WikiLeaks until she was caught and arrested. Her sentence of 35 years in prison caused outrage and was later commuted. She was imprisoned again for over a year recently for not testifying against wikileaks.
“In our zeal to kill the enemy, we internally debated the definition of torture. We held individuals at Guantanamo for years without due process. We inexplicably turned a blind eye to torture and executions by the Iraqi government. And we stomached countless other acts in the name of our war on terror.”
