Look, I understand the logic behind the whole "voting is meaningless!!!! The bourgeoisie will rule regardless!!!" take, but let's not fuck around. Who, exactly, does your decision not to vote help? No one. Who is harmed by your decision to vote? No one. Yes the options are and will probably always be bad, but refusing to take action when you can isn't some egalitarian powerplay, it's moralistic grandstanding with real consequences.

Handy little article talking about what the ICJ ruling means. It's not much, but it isn't quite as irrelevant as people think.

I was in Italy recently! Can confirm that Rome, at least, is a great city for walkability.

Can't speak for other cities, I only saw Rome.
